can you block the light sensor so it will go on with just with the motion sensor? the area i need it in has some small amount of light and i need mor
I would not recommend it for that purpose. It doesn't go on unless it's quite dark and only stays on for about 10 seconds. They also aren't very sensitive to motion.

How do I change the batteries down the line once it is in place?
One side of the piece that adheres to the cabinet is magnetic, so it is easy to remove to change the batteries.
