SHIPPING

When is my order shipped?

We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.

How long can I get the tracking number for my order?

We ship out orders in 24hours, except weekends and holidays.

However, we need to wait for Amazon to provide the exact tracking number, it may take up to 3 working days for your order to be fulfilled on Shopify, sometimes even longer.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders within the U.S. are shipped and delivered in 7 business days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship out all products from our Amazon Warehouse.

The shipping carrier was choosen randomly by Amazon.

How can I track my order?

2. Go to Order section.

3. Go to the order you want to track.

4. Click Track Package next to your order.

Orders shipped by most Shipping Carriers, except Amazon Logistics(AMZL_US), are trackable.

If your order was shipped by Amazon Logistics, and you need to know shipping status of your order, please contact us.

Where’s my package?

We typically ship out orders in 24 hours(Exclude Weekends and Holidays). When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

We currently ship to U.S. ONLY.

Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually gauge. Please refer to your local Customs for more info.
